National Coal Mining Museum of England adds new ticketing system

We are really pleased to announce that earlier this year we have added The National Coal Mining Museum for England, to our ever increasing portfolio of heritage attractions. Our booking system Maxim is now in operation, which includes e-commerce, contact centre and front of house booking functionality, which will provide real time bookings without the need for manual intervention.

The National Coal Mining Museum for England, provides a great day out with a unique opportunity to travel 140 metres underground down one of Britain’s oldest working mines. Situated in a rural setting, it offers an unusual combination of exciting experiences, whilst providing a genuine insight into the hard-working lives of miners through the ages.

This new partnership will allow National Coal Mining Museum for England, to operate their ticketing and fundraising under one system, improving commercial and operational processes and adding value to the customer experience.

Maxim is used to process and manage their ever increasing customer base, from families, local day trippers, to the large amount of educational groups that visit as part of the their extensive educational programme. Corporate bookings are also managed through Maxim, providing a seamless process for all customers, whilst improving the reporting and marketing functionality to business operators.
