Training on TOR Systems’ Ticketing, Booking, Epos, Membership and CRM solution

We provide comprehensive training at user, administrator, and management level.

Due to the simplicity of Maxim, users can be quickly trained on the basic set-up and operation of the system.

In our training sessions, our expert trainers will explain how to set-up tickets, including pricing, availability, and capacity requirements. Users will learn how to perform transactions, access, and run reports, as well as troubleshooting for system issues. All sessions can be tailored to each specific client and will provide the essential tools for all aspects of a smooth-running high-volume operation. Training is accompanied with thorough documentation, which is presented in user-friendly language.

Although most attractions operate a ‘train the trainer’ approach to training across their business, we do recommend planning time and resources for refreshing training, which we offer to customers as the partnership developments.

In our experience, as time progresses and team members move onto different roles, the knowledge of the system dilutes. In some cases, this may result in the system being underutilised. To support this, we offer one-day refresher training every 2 years from go live, at no extra cost to each organisation. We have received extremely positive feedback since the introduction of this additional benefit.
